The Flow CD is a perfect CD to put to an invigorating exercise or yoga routine, especially Ashtanga or Power Yoga.  The 73 minute length lends itself to a full yoga practice while the Hemi-Sync tones help the yogis and yoginis reach the zen state more easily.  I found that meditations with this CD in the background were erratic.  Sometimes I could get lost deep within myself, and other times the music's upbeat tempo and dramatic tones would pull me out of my meditation and into the music.
